Long story short, EBR Parish is fricked. St George is the final, last ditch effort to stop the drainage. If it doesn't work, "I guess Ill be taking my tax money to Ascension" will be said ten billion times over the next 2 decades by anyone with money and this entire region will be infinitely more of a warzone hellhole than it is right now.
