Keep getting the annoying “Congratulations Amazon User” pop up when I visit TD

Anyone else getting these CONSTANTLY? Anyone know how to fix it on my end, or is it something infecting the site?

Just asked same thing on help board. I cleared web data/cookies signed back in and so far no more Amazon pop ups.
