Just had the longest/most vivid moment of Deja Vu in my life

Was sitting in my new office and it hit me like a train. Lasted at least 10 seconds. Made me honestly think that we may relive our lives.
Anyone else get deja vu?
What are the explanations for it?

Deja Vu is caused by Synaptic Underlap exacerbated by ingestion of psychotropic substances and or animal tranquilizers
Might want to lay off the PCP or Special K during office hours!??

Heard a theory one time that Deja vu is when multiple versions of you(like from multiple deminsions) that somehow become connected for a minute moment in time and are therefore "remembering" the same event the other you is experiencing and vice versa.
Kinda like watching yourself on a live video feed
