Just had the longest/most vivid moment of Deja Vu in my life

Was sitting in my new office and it hit me like a train. Lasted at least 10 seconds. Made me honestly think that we may relive our lives.
Anyone else get deja vu?

Option 1: It's a pseudo-halluciantion brought on by intense stress or anxiety. I get them all the time. It's like an acid flashback and I hate them.
Option 2: someone finally discovered either time travel or dimensional shifting and theyre changing things.
