Yeah, considering many were former defense attorneys
Except most were former prosecutors if they have criminal experience. You know this.

'm sure that's what's happening here, though. The bikers are all innocent victims of the system.
This does sound fricked up, even a prosecutor like you could see that?

That shite happens all the time. It's a tiny percentage of the larger picture but judges do lock people up in exchange for money. Cash for Kids a documentary on the most recent case of a judge who was giving kids long sentences in exchange for money. The jugge was convicted and sentenced what amounts to the rest of his life in prison.
Also police unions and prison guard unions have very powerful lobby's to insure that there are enough laws to convict people so they have job security.
You have obviously never been in a court room either or else you would know that a judge almost always takes the cops side when it's the cops word against the defendants word.
You are a complete fricking retard if you think for one second that the judicial system is not plagued with corruption.

I don't normally buy into conspiracy crap. But it's quite obvious all these people in Waco are very much in cahoots. Here's one example....
quote:
A week ago, an appeals court ordered the judge who gagged Clendennen and Broden, Judge Matt Johnson, to vacate his order by today. McLennan County District Attorney Abelino “Abel” Reyna, who is Johnson’s former law partner and who dreamed up the gag order as a way to intimidate defense attorneys in the case, appealed the ruling this week. Reyna explained that Clendennen has to forfeit his constitutional rights in order to keep them.
You've got a DA arguing a case in front of a judge who's his former law partner. On top of that is the fact that Waco is also allowing the grand jury to be headed by a freaking Waco PD detective who was directly involved in the initial investigation and interview process. Then there's the issue of 177 identical arrest warrants being signed off on by a "justice of the peace" who has no legal training past being a former Texas State Trooper. This whole process in Waco is a joke.
ETA: Want to see just how much all these people in Waco are in cahoots? read this....

Basically, the government is arguing that these particular people never did anything criminal other than wear a small patch that says they support the Bandidos. In fact, the patch only says "I support the Fat Mexican" but they feel that is sufficient grounds for felony RICO style charges. No two ways about it, that is fricked up.
They were there when the slaughter happened right? It's my understanding that they were arrested due to simply being there and crowd control. Charges are a different story.

You're the one that seems to have the issues here. Sorry you're such a bitch.

Seriously, if anyone looks at this whole story from an objective standpoint, they should be shocked and terrified anything like Waco could happen in this country.
This isn't even the worst incident involving law enforcement in Waco's history.

No, I've been discussing the actual story. All you do is come in here acting like a badass talking about how you hate bikers, they're trash, bunch of pussies, and on and on like a broken record. We get it you don't like us. Well, here's a thought, since you obviously are too stupid to offer anything resembling a halfway intelligent thought on the subject at hand, why don't you log off and go to a local biker hangout and express your disgust there face to face instead of trying to act like some billy bad-arse on the internet. You're the textbook definition of a pathetic, raging pussy.

The cops or the bikers? I'd say it's a draw.
I thought he was talking about College football fans.

You mean them. You're not in a gang remember.
Furthermore, I've dealt with plenty of bikers. They cry just like everyone else facing federal charges, FYI. They also are usually dumb enough to resist which is fun.

The fight/shootout took place outside in the parking lot. Most of the almost 200 arrested were inside Twin Peaks and some of them were not even there until it was already over.

I can see holding everyone there while things are sorted out on who did what.

Charges are a different story.
And there's my biggest issue with all this. They took everyone there, arrested them using carbon copy felony warrants signed off on by a joke of a "justice of the peace" and then held them all on $1,000,000 bonds. I can see doing this to anyone who was in that parking lot shooting at people. But that's not what Waco did. Instead they just rounded everyone up, knowing most had nothing to do with the fight, and well over a hundred people have had their lives ruined and are facing serious felony charges.
And then there's the issue if it looking more and more like most of the people who died there were shot in the back by the cops themselves.

You're just a scared little pussy bitch who can't help but try to act like you're a bad-arse on here. Nobody is impressed that you're a fricking cop.

See, that's the fundamental difference between us. You play biker on the internet. I arrest them in real life.
Sorry I'm not sorry.

I can't disagree. Clusterfrick all around.

There's the difference in you and me. You keep spouting shite like that to sound like you're some bad-arse. Yeah, I'm a biker, so what? You don't see me on here talking shite about how I do this or do that to try and sound like I'm all that impressive. You're a fricking try-hard. Bet even your fellow cops laugh at your pathetic arse behind your back. Nobody, even cops like a try-hard and that's what you are.
In your sad, pathetic little mind, you think you're this...
but everyone else sees you as this...
Keep running your doughnut encrusted dick sucker about how bad you are arresting bikers. All you do is prove my point Mr. Message Board Bad-arse.

The cop the prosecution presented admitted that there is no evidence these two people did anything wrong
what the frick?
quote:
He [the cop] said he saw nothing that day and has developed no subsequent evidence to show the Englishes are involved in criminal activity...
Schwartz agreed with Looney that the Englishes were cooperative and agreed to talk to investigators after the shooting.
“He said they told police that one of their friends brought a gun with him, but they left it locked up in the car.
“Other than that, all we have is that they were merely present at a murder. Correct?” Looney asked.
“Correct,” Schwartz said.
what the frick?

I'm just stating facts.
I've been in many a clubhouse and cuffed your buddies. They're not as efficient at running drugs and guns as they think. Although I can't lie, using wide load escort vehicles was a nifty idea for a bit, but at the end of the day they're still dumb bikers.
