If there are no signs of physical injury from the time of the encounter, the suit should be dismissed with prejudice by the judge.
The idea that a hooker can sue you for emotional distress from your paid visit is ludicrous.
Edit: She must also not value her escorting business very much. At 1500 a pop (tax free), she would probably make her net proceeds from a judgement / settlement alot faster as an escort. Now she'll never get another john again.

Typically I'd fall into that line. But this dude sexually assaulted his own siblings and his parents tried to cover it up to the best of their ability. I don't really put anything passed the Duggar family. Specifically Josh & Jim Bob.

Like I said, I look at this story with a skeptical eye. The pornstar is definitely looking for a payday. But would anyone else be surprised if Duggar actually did pull some sketchy shite? I wouldn't.

I don't know what is sketchy about the situation. He paid a hooker and he banged her. She came back for more so couldn't have been too bad.
