If you were going westbound around 1030-11ish you may still be there. We were coming back from Lafayette around that time and westbound looked terrible. More terrible than usual.

Still looks like a cluster frick on INRIX. I10WB just past 49 has things backed up to Breaux Bridge.
And there are still intermittent spots on 10 from BR to Laffy that look like everybody stopped

Yep. Took us from 10A to 4:30P to get to Sugarland. Had a 30 minute detour for lunch
