4 or 5 years ago.

A new crop of 8th graders and their parents decided that Jesuit was being just too harsh with all their rules. So they bitched and moaned about it enough, and Hanneman got fired. For the first time, these kids were told they were wrong without getting their hand held, and the parents, instead of saying "well, son. Man the frick up and figure it out," decided to blame Hanneman and the administration. Soon enough, Hanneman essentially said he wasn't changing his teaching style and got fired.

Wow, that's bullshite. Dealing with his style was a pain in the arse, but he was a good teacher.

Yeah. I had my fair share of detentions, and PHs that came during those detentions, but now they're just fun stories about stupid High School shenanigans. The man used nitpicky techniques to teach kids how to be men.

to Hanneman, if you're reading any of this -- you were one of my favorite teachers.

Edit: To the losers that couldn't handle the heat, the real world is going to kick you in the arse. Good luck figuring it out, your mom won't be able to hold your hand forever.

You sure you're not Robin Hanneman?

It was mostly the kids parents that complained about him, I like his class and thought his antics were hilarious.

Ron Rossi's history class was pretty interesting. Tough, but I liked it

Bobby Wahl will always be my favorite teacher. He taught Physics so well that it led me to pursue mechanical engineering at LSU.
