Jeff Parish going down... Now a Quad Murder

So far in 2017 in unincorporated JP, we have had a quad murder, a trip murder, and another trip murder including an off-duty officer.
People going crazy in the JP.
And that area where the quad murder just happened... that is a bad, bad part of town.

Thank section 8. All the apartment owners are selling out for that section 8 money. Cant say I really blame then since they wouldn't be able to rent to good tenants anymore anyway.

You're right, and the parish needs to go after all the owners of those apartments through code enforcement...
