I have had this discussion before with my wife. I typically do the SAMs shopping and she does the traditional grocery store shopping.
I go in with no list but go up and down each aisle to complete the trip. The wife has a list and haphazardly searches through the store.
My way is more efficient time wise but I typically buy way more stuff than I need (that’s how SAMs gets you lol). She typically just comes back with what she needs but it takes her awhile.
Long story short, men and women do things different. If time is your goal then yeah men probably get it done faster. TWSS!

I used to threaten my then young boys with having to go shoe shopping with their mother when disciplining them. Worked every time. We could cover an entire mall by the time she got past the shoe dept.
