Every person running for government office needs to make their stance known on flock cameras before elections.

Flocks can be used for bad purposes, but that doesnt make the technology something we should ban. Just like evil committed with a gun, th individual who misuses the technology should be punished.
And you are confusing banning the use of something as banning a singular device itself.
Again... the constitution does not give the government the right to use a national camera and data mining network without warrants to search. The constitution does give individuals the right to own firearms. So the comparison doesn't work.

How they going to be "punished" if there is no universal item or procedure in place to prevent misuse? The latest example in LA was an investigation outside of the department that found the misuse on a massive scale.
You are taking the same stance as the government in relation to the FISA process. Then we wind up with a corrupt presidential candidate hatch a scheme to misuse the process to get an election advantage. And the abuse hit the highest levels of the government including THE highest.
Like I said in another post.... what was rhe point in the provision of RRA 98 to ban the IRS employees from scanning databases at will? They may have found something. Right? Who cares if they violated the 4th continually. If you aren't doing anything, what's the worry? Amirite?

I held out hope that you could be reasoned with. Then you provide evidence of how futile such optimism is.
It happens with conspiracy theorists. I find their narratives interesting and my goal is to learn how they think, the conclusions they draw, their ability to recognize how fellow humans think, and so on. So I hang in there until the futility overpowers the fascination.

I'm sorry you are struggling and have to resort to diversion and attempted belittling.
