No one gets arrested because they are all fake.
The people react too quickly and too predictably. No one freezes. Except in the last scene, there are no cars or people in the background. No one reacts to the guy in the white robe and turban walking randomly up to them - they are nonchalant until he tosses the "bomb."

I LOL'd pretty good watching it the first time...but the more I watch, the more I suspect they are fake/staged.

I like the fake zombie one going to basketball courts in the hood. That didn't look fake and some of those "ballers" ran for their lives. However, the Zombie nearly got kilt by a very unimpressed basketball player.
