No. Describes North Baton Rouge maybe. Not sure why people on this board act like the goings on in the ghetto here are all that happens in this city. News flash, every town in America has nefarious shite happening daily in the ghetto. It doesn't define the rest of the city. If that activity spills onto the taxpayers with regularity then that is a problem.
