and that's all fine and dandy... and totally within your right as a buyer, to not have any representation on your side... some people like having a professional on their side, working with their best interest in mind...
b/c i can absolutely promise you, that listing agent ain't about to help you, nor are they working with your best interest in mind, as the buyer.... their fiduciary responsibility is to the seller, whom they are representing
