Eggs are high in fat and cholesterol. Guess what? That's good for boosting the testosterone in your body. And what does testosterone do? Builds muscle and shreds fat.

Yes, I agree with you. So eat a few eggs in the morning. But if you are trying to put some sort of meal plan, diet together, you are not going to want to eat 20 eggs a day. With your argument, you should have said eat red meat, which also falls into the higher fat and cholesterol category. A whey protein supplement just helps. It's not a main source as stated previously. He asked for a suggestion and I gave one.

Hmm, while I have you here, is there any other supplements I should look into for my weight loss or building testosterone? I really just drink a lot of water these days and knock off the fried food.

Well, duh.

It just seems people get tunnel vision and think all that matter is "weight loss". They see fats as the enemy when really fats are your friend.

People who become obsessed with the scale start playing a dangerous game, imo. If you're not careful, you can become really unhealthy really quick.

Follow a good diet plan and use a tape measurer instead of a scale. The scale is helpful, but it's not everything.

Would you like mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, yoga, or skinning up a mountain and riding down it on a splitboard?

Thanks bud.

Hippietiger tell me you aren't the dude walking around campus barefoot with the queer parachute pants on.

If you are you need to do your gymnastics routine somewhere other than the only open set of pullup bars in the urec.
