Steven Pinker has a bunch of data in one of his books. Some of it is silly though and measures perceptions rather than facts. Some of it you could compile yourself, like incarceration rates (which are utterly insane for every demographic), home ownership rates by year, net worth, crime, urban planning (which is utterly underrated in understanding why "ghettos" are "ghettos), and segregation in schools by year. But I don't think you can contextualize it without the historical backing.

Considering white women in America consider themselves oppressed, no, there’s no way to quantify it. You can define it however you want.
