A close friend of mine is a Louisiana State Police Officer and she's not exactly "the best of the best". All she has is a college degree.

She is a women, with a college degree, who could pass the physical fitness test along with the many other test. Made it out of the toughest aND longest paramilitary academy in the state. She had all the odds in her favor. For the women side she very well might be much better than you claim she is. Also, statistics shows cops with college degrees use unnecessary lethal force two thirds less than others.
