Doesn't look like gun safes to me.
Maybe full of money? Or cocaine?
I would never pay that much for a gamble. I don’t gamble though , so there is that .

as someone that runs storage facilities I can tell you the safes have been checked by owners of the storage and are empty

That’s actually a great take. In theory, couldn’t you put millions in those safes, default, then turn around and bid on the unit under someone else’s name?
