I had to get picked up by someone on the Thruway at Frenchtown. I had them go miller vile to old Hammond to flannery to Florida to the thruway. That was ~3 hours ago

cops blocking traffic from getting on Oneal at Harrell Ferry.
All traffic from I-12 is being sent off there and nearby exits

I was on Millerville 3 hours ago. Went from Old Hammond to S Harrell's Ferry with no issue.

Oneal is flooded to Thruway.
You can get to Thruway from Florida Blvd. to Central.
