Still no eye witnesses. 6 people shot at bday party and no one saw anything. Can they press charges against the adult bystanders for aiding these POS?

Estimated 70 kids with a DJ at a 12 yo bday party....bad thing is it’s kids doing the shooting. And nobody will say anything.

Saw that on the news, I guess it shouldn’t surprise me but still blows my mind. Everyone there knows exactly who did what but still won’t help get the people responsible for shooting up a child party out of their community. fricking ridiculous
