I'm an alcoholic. I dont understand drinking in moderation. It just doesnt make sense to me

No. Loss of control over amount consumed and when consumed. Physiological changes occur with the introduction of alcohol and the body is never restored to a pre-alcohol consumption condition, hence, the disease concept/approach to alcoholism

I went from getting at least a solid buzz every night to 3 or 4 beers on Saturdays. Been going strong for 3 months
