Is it legal to bring mutt to patio at a NOLA restaurant?

Legal, yes. Some places encourage it like Bulldog, Port Orleans, Urban South, Bayour Beer Garden, Wrong iron, etc.

NOLA is actually the only city where i’ve been encouraged to bring my dog with me *inside* of restaurants.. most cities will let you sit on the patio with them, but bars and restaurants all over NOLA have dogs inside in my experience.. at least in the Warehouse Dist, Quarter and Uptown.. i cant speak for Metry, M’ville or other burbs.
