Instacart is running a $99 deal for the entire year for the Baton Rouge area provided you spend at least $35 at the store per trip.
Anyone have any experience with it?

I like going to the grocery store. Maybe I'm behind the times though.

They just lowered the fee to like $2.97 per delivery, so I'd say yes it is worth it if the service is something you'd be into.

This is a bit different than curbside pickup in the sense that the employees can accept tips, and they're basically expected from what I've read. Still not a bad deal for the luxury of not having to deal with the annoying people in grocery stores, especially if you shop at busier times due to your job and you frequent busier stores.

I pretty much 100% go to Robert on Highland now, which is practically empty the majority of the time and easy to get to from my home. However, if you prefer the selection of the bigger name stores and only have free time when everyone else in the world is there, Instacart would be completely worth it to me.

My wife uses Shipt and she loves it. We have a 12 week old and one less errand for her during the day is quite nice.

It is nice situationally, such as on a lazy Sunday. However, I've had multiple instances where they either get the wrong item or completely miss an item. They will fix the error but generally not until the next day. That can be a huge pain in the arse if you really needed that item for dinner that night.
