Our guest room has two Ikea dressers that have now moved to 7 places across three states. I have no idea how they are still standing.

I have worked in a furniture warehouse for awhile... It's mostly from Vietnam and not China...

Polyurethane foam rubber, particle board, 1/4 inch veneer, etc.

You’d do better building your own


This is 100% correct.

The cheaper headboards actually have wallpaper thin design over particle board.
