Is covid the best thing to have happened to pitbull threads on the OT?

Almost everyone can agree that pitbulls are trashy killers with the exception of a small few but anytime there’s a covid-related thread here it seems the OT is pretty divided and everyone seems to think they’re an expert on the topic in support of their own opinion. Are pitbulls no longer the most divisive topic here?

I've never gotten the impression that it was a divisive topic. Seemed pretty one-sided here

Maybe divisive isn’t the right word then. What I mean is the passion that supporters and opponents speak on the respective topics.
