Africa remains a challenge to develop b/c its geography makes it difficult to transports good and people through the continent (lack of navigable water ways and lack of deep water ports).

The Boers just need to move to Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, or one of those countries.
They still would rather live in South Africa because there are more jobs and a better economy there.
South Africa is dangerous as hell but they haven’t really expropriated any land without compensation yet and I don’t think they will
