If you have a wife that isn't exercising and keeping herself up, then wtf does she care about?

Soft and or fat isn't genetic, its earned. Its so damn easy to stay fit and est cleaner. Like walking easy

No but if there’s no physical debilitating reason for lack thereof, I believe it can be sinful…

Damn right. Once you learn value, you'll laugh at the others. That is, if you aren't a lazy frick yourself. Then you'll be with a wife that fricks once a year

I've also known of a couple friends who had issues with pellet insertion where the site was irritated for quite a while afterward and ultimately switched to injections.

Wife did pellets for a few years, but really hated the process. Some pellets would be no issue and others would just hurt. The TRT was to help her while on birth control, but once she got off that, she really started hating the pellets and got off.

She is at the point a couple years later to entertaining TRT again now in her late 40s. She is going to try testosterone troches, which is a daily pill that dissolves in the mouth. Her T level came in at 10 ng/dL this week, my last one was at 930

Doctor wants her to hover around 100. 10x increase

One year ago, my fat arse could not frick worth squat. Sex was getting further and further apart. My wife had resigned herself to not have sex often. I sweated. I weighed 237# on a 5-9 frame with a BMI of 35. Not good. I was slowly killing myself and yet, stupidly thought my wife was done with sex. Anyway, a year ago I rolled off my wife, leaving her unfulfilled (for the moment) and she said, "I hope you do something about your health. My best orgasms come from you inside me."

That stung. I take daily Cialis, so getting up wasn't an issue. It was stamina. Mine was terrible. I took her comment to heart though. The next day I started walking and eventually running and eventually planking, and then weights and cardio classes and elliptical workouts, and swimming. I dropped, so far, to 181# without injections. I'm much stronger, tons of energy, running my first 5k for my birthday and I frick like a madman. We now sync up for sex at least twice a week, usually more, and we spend time together working out, walking and running. At age 70, 3-4 times a week is more than enough if for no other reason than I need to get shite done and sex wipes me out for awhile and for that reason, shite doesn't get done.

So, I used to be pissed that we weren't having sex often enough. Turned out it was my fault. I needed to realize it. I think I already knew, but was lying to myself and blaming her.

*Apologies for making you young uns suffer through the ramblings about an old man having sex.

That took a set of balls to post that, and to fix the problem.
