Correct. The town should now sue the lawyer that told them they could win this case.

I played in the Midwest League, that has 4 teams in Iowa.
I don't remember which one it was, but one of them smelled EXACTY like this. Guys who had been there before would tell us, "this place smells like rotten dog food."
