iOS12 issue - Terms and Conditions

Updated today and have all these apps that need to update but when I hit “update all” it tells me that I need to read and accept the new terms and conditions.
Where do I go to do that? If I hit ok, nothing happens, I assumed it would take me to the terms and conditions.

Hmmm the only real difference I've seen is that it seems a little quicker and the battery health is no longer beta.

Seems like I had that issue once as well. If I remember right, I basically just skippped that update and the folllowing one worked correctly.

Try syncing to iTunes on a computer. You probably just caught a glitch.

After hitting ok, the agree choice is upper right hand of the screen.
