So an update:
The old guy admitted he fricked up and apologized. I tore him a new a-hole for putting me at risk.
The manager admitted she basically tried to hide it from me and was working on reinstating the two vehicles without having to tell me. Tore her a new one.
Had to insist that she call corporate to find out the status of the reinstatement and time line.
No return email/phone call from the owner-agent. Unacceptable.
No return email/phone call from the girl that sold me the policy. Unacceptable.
Just frick ups and no communication over two day from multiple people that something was wrong but they we’re working on it. I had to go to their office to find out WTF was going on.
If you’re insurance was fricked up, I bet you would want to know right away. Unless of course you have zero assets and drive an Altima.
If they don’t get my shite straight with the OMV for lapse of coverage (which OMV gets notified that day), filing Dept of Insurance complaints against them. That’s all the give a frick about. Taking my money and the Dept of Insurance.
And to all you dip fricks that can’t read well, it has nothing to do with non payment of premiums. I paid in full for 6 months on auto and a year on my home. Yall got that twats?

I read very fricking well, and what im reading is a policy holder that has the same reoccurring problem, no matter the company or agent. Hint, you are the problem.
I have several cars, kids, business interests, life ,health, auto, retirement, liabilities, umbrellas, disability, and long term care.
NONE have ever lapsed. And my license never flagged.
Reading is fine, actually top notch. The problem is I can only read what was typed here, NOT the whole story

I asked to cancel 2 of the 4 and my agent cancelled all 4. Wtf don’t you get? They didn’t lapse idiot.

And I am firing them and I am filing a complaint with the La Dept of Insurance.
