sorry to hear about the back pain. I've had tooth pain and there's nothing in the world like that. How does your back pain feel though? Does it feel like you cant breathe?

Serious question how in shape are you and does exercise effect how much back pain you have?

Not in shape (OT, or otherwise). When I have been in shape, my occasions of back pain were minimal. No question I need to lose weight and get in shape for a host of reasons.

Not everyone has Xanax laying around the house. I know when I had a pinched nerve in my back, it took a whole lot more than Xanax.
