I understand what you're saying and agree 100%. BR has a far, far better selection of really good food and seafood is just ridiculously good here. The only fresh seafood you get in OK is fried catfish, everything else is frozen & shipped in.

I'm not even exaggerating in the least bit when I say the last time I ate at Sullivan's is was the worst steak I have ever had in my entire life. Half the steak wasn't even edible because the gristle and shite was everywhere. I will never go back to that place in my life. Not to mention the taste was horrendous.
It was essentially the same quality as a cheap $10 steak you buy at Walmart

We did Mansur's and Cecilia's which had some similarities, but different enough. Both were excellent!

Another really good restaurant I have not seen mentioned and is a little south of Baton Rouge on River Road is Robertos. casual place with a great menu

Similarly, if you are ever in OKC don't get fooled into Cattlemen's Steakhouse. It has a reputation, but it isn't for good steak yet it is always near the top of steak places on yelp or tripadvisor.

Check out Court to Table on Burbank. Cool vibe, good food and a live band Friday night. Play some Cornhole, ping pong, pickleball or foosball
