true, i can imagine a lot of people thought this BEFORE the flood.

i mean, BR, is an objectively horrible place to live.

now, considering all that has happened, there is no way id rebuild.

Does anyone think that the reason Katrina got so much more money was because the US Government was directly responsible for the flooding?

I definitely think the fact that Bush had FEMA blow the levees factored into that. No doubt about it.

Wasnt suggesting that, dumbass. The Army Corps of Engineers admitted fault in the levees failing.

Nobody was saying the poor people of NO should have enough had flood ins. Back in 05
