Podcasts can be ok, but I find them to be way too long and geared toward people who don’t read. I would rather read a piece of long form journalism rather than listen to people talk about the same content.

And, if I were a betting man, I'd put my money on the average long form podcast listener being more well read than the guy listening to Rick and Bub's Morning Zoo on the way to work.
