Agreed. But there are plenty of dumb-arse folks driving in our southern states as well. Particularly areas like ATL, BR, NOLA, Jax, etc. Quite simply, there are just too many dipshits whose only concerns with driving a vehicle are making it go, stop, and make occasional turns. Absolutely ZERO awareness of what is going on around them. Trained monkeys could perform the task better.
