I live in Florida but my guess is Mississippi or Arkansas will be the first to legalize. Arkansas has already legalized medical marijuana and Mississippi simply needs the money.

Florida would legalize it but you have all the hardcore southern Baptists up in the Panhandle plus the old people in The Villages who grew up hearing about how pot is the devil's weed. Until a decent amount of the Baby Boomers start dying off (probably in about 10 years) they'll keep it out of Florida.

In Az a decent Z runs at min 250 legal. That isnt top shelf. You can pick up a Z of shake for much less. But, when we say high quality: taste, smell, appearance and effect.
