Not so much the hood but I had an apartment in 5 points birmingham about 25 years ago. Came home for lunch one day and there was a buck naked black man sound asleep on my couch. Quietly closed the door and called the cops. Cops showed up and hauled him out of the apartment in cuffs naked. 2 cops stayed back and helped me carry the couch out to the dumpster.

I currently work in the hood...
One morning I had to drive around a blanket on the ground at the parking lot entrance. There was a leg bent weird coming out from under it. I honestly thought someone was dead under there.
I was planning on getting our security personnel involved but right after I parked, they came out and after about 10 mins of yelling and clapping, a dude wearing nothing but boxers got up and dragged the blanket away.
