Secondary. Think lojack plus the ability to remote shut off the vehicle from.anywhere in the world.

Because it is illegal for someone to advertise with a planted sign on public grounds...but not for a person to hold a sign while on public grounds. That is why on election days, you see people waving signs and not a bunch planted in the medians (at least not legally).

Actually they make like $15 an hour at a lot of those places. Blew my mind when I saw an ad for it. I guess they only offer 2-3 hours a day.

Add on a non-intrusive breathalyzer so people can't start the car when they are over the limit.
People used to not accept seat belts either.
There are still 15,000 people a year getting killed.
