After 1815, the British were done with making war on the US. More due to Napoleonic Wars than Andrew Jackson.
Spain was really done by 1810 or so. Louisiana probably could have beat them alone in 1898. France was more concerned with getting its arse kicked by Prussia and good luck with keeping Mexico in line if it hadnt already been kicked out.
South wouldve eventually had to end slavery through international pressure. Its economy was 100% dependent on Yankee and European textile markets. Probably would have taken another generation or even 2 with gradual emancipation and compensation.
By the 1920s, the North and South very well might have re-united. But who knows.... maybe alternate reality Hank Jr wouldve been a great president. Patsy Cline Day would have been epic.

Yeah, they would have been eventually. But they wouldn't be near as bad off as they are now had they done what ethnic groups like the Italians, Germans and Irish done and immigrated over here.
