US Will be Top Oil Producer by 2023
Is this the last great run up before the crash and Elon's electric cars drive us around?
Will the O&G boys learn from their last mistakes and save money?
How does OPEC react?

Cut production, pump up the price, issue an IPO for small piece of Aramco = new gold truck nuts for the fleet of camels

I am too lazy to google, what percent of all oil we use goes to our daily gas consumption?

If memory serves they cut production last year, which is what has renewed investment in American oil, and only nominally moved the price up.

I wish they'd start building the pipes needed to connect all this...that's where I butter my bread. Big pipelines have been few and far between for about 4 years now.

Mark Papa, Ex EOG CEO, disagrees among others. Many of the shale oil wells are failing to make money and I would bet that we see a lot of sweet spot exhaustion long before 2023. We will see just how optimistic the EUR numbers are for a lot of the wells currently being completed in the Permian.

I know I’ve just been waiting for a spot to make the camel truck note joke. Though WTI was like 40-45 around this time last year, I would argue that increase is larger than nominal
