The sheath isn’t what ID’d him, the DNA he left on it days or weeks ago was. And it would be hard forgetting the sheath, it held the large knife. Remember Baton Rouge serial killer Derik Todd Lee? A Zachary cop who worked weekends with me ID’d him to me, weeks before BR did. Then I had ti catch a plumbing call at one of the houses he killed someone. Creepy!

That's what I'm thinking as well. I mean we don't know if she was intoxicated or not. I also don't think any of us can say for sure how we would react to what she saw. I'd like to think we'd all be like wtf and call the police, but you never know until you're in that situation. We also only have that little bit of info from the affidavit. There's probably a lot more she had to say.

You’d have to pay me a metric shite ton of American dollars to flat out risk obstruction of justice like that by destroying potential evidence in the case. But if it’s the difference between you winning and losing, prison for life or worse, it’s gonna run you a hundred grand minimum.

blood is a mess and gets EVERYWHERE. You wipe it and it leaves streaks. It’s not like a simple fluid. It’s THICK. There HAD to have been blood in the hall and on the doorknobs.
& I even think Blood from Xana would have oozed out under her door and into the hallway. Her bedroom was very small. There was not much space between the foot of her bed and her bedroom door, and that is where her body was.
Locked door or not, Dylan and Bethany had to have seen blood in that hall. Did they just think Xana was having a heavy period? No! I just can’t come up with an explanation.
BUT, in the grand scheme of things i don’t think Dylan matters. Bryan is toast with or without Dylan seeing him all in black leaving the house. No one could have seen him and he’d still be toast. The other evidence is too damning, and when you think of what we don’t even know yet….

Yeah DTL really caught their attention in Zachary when he was busted for hacking a young couple necking on lover’s lane (back side of a cemetery). Just random people, out of the dark of night gets after them with a machete. They survived, and somehow he ultimately served a mere 5 or so years. Dude was a nutjob with a lust for blood.

It was speculated to be under Ethan before anyone knew anything. Since the affidavit came out, it's been known it was next to the girls.

The rumor is dylan was under the influence of alcohol or a substance. She was in shock and froze (as stated in affidavit) then locked herself in her room in fear. While in shock hiding in her room she ended up falling asleep likely because she was under the influence of something.
When she woke up, she wasn’t sure if she dreamt it all or not, but she was too afraid to come out of her room, so she called friends to come to the house b4 she would leave her room.
At some point Bethany came up, and they all started looking around the house. They came across two of the bodies, ran outside screaming in horror, Dylan passed out in front of the house, & Bethany began hyperventilating
