I did something stupid and took I10 EB into BR, so I saw that purgatory that was I10 WB. You want to know what was causing it?
An 18 wheeler with its hood up on the side of the road. That's it.
I'm sure rubberneckers have since caused a 61 car pileup, but that's all that was holding up WB when I passed.

You missed the 3 or 4 car pile up about 1/2 mile behind it. Blue truck rear ended another vehicle, pushed it into another. No way to pass. I passed there around 6:00
