Who fearlessly pulled a high speed u-turn through the grass median in heavy traffic on HWY 80 so he could stop a paralyzed man in a wheel chair equipped van and write him a citation for not wearing his seat belt.

If I frick up and he goes through the window because of a wreck I shouldnt be responsible for any more crippling.

Should be one of those no pay/no play type rules.
