Recently dealt with an anal fissure. Not sure how I got it bc I eat pretty well, don’t strain too much, and drink water all day long. Talk about sucked. My pops (no pics) is a physician and he talked to his GI buddy who called in some ointment that was a lifesaver. Not much you can do except what others have said and wait it out. Try to move around during the day and lie on your left side when you sleep. Fissure was so uncomfortable it’s hard to explain. When it flared up it’s like a hot iron inside your b hole and nothing makes it go away. Hope it gets better soon. Swallow your pride and go get some meds. Which hazel did not help my case, made it burn even more.
