Try feeding it a little more before putting it down for the night. Might sleep longer.

Those first weeks were rough. We were sleeping in shifts during that time. Then we got one of those small rocking cribs and she was sleeping 3-4 hours at a time, then eventually the whole night. She is 8 months now, but since 5-6 months we put her to bed and 6-7 pm and she sleeps till about 6 am like a champ. We did the cry it out thing but that only started at 6 months and only for naps. She goes to sleep pretty quickly now at night.

Stop abusing your child. You're so uneducated and lazy.

Have you tried the sleep suit?

LINK

We started using this at 2 months, he went from waking up every 3 hours to sleeping from 9pm-6am instantly. He's 4 months now and in two months he has only woken up 2 or 3 times. It's a damn miracle worker.

4 month sleep regression is definitely a thing. And as soon as you get it "figured out", the baby will start teething and screw everything up again. So yeah, you're going to be sleep deprived for a long time.

We found that good swaddlers like the miracle blanket and making sure the baby got plenty of milk before bedtime were the best ways to get the most sleep.

Just enjoy it as much as you can. They do grow up quick, especially when you're going through life in a sleep deprivation haze.
