Lafayette has an endowment of $232M
LA Tech has an endowment of $117M
Lafayette has an enrollment of 21K
LA Tech has an enrollment of 11K
What makes it so easy? This is Louisiana we’re talking about. Not Southern Arkansas. Therefore the designation more so belongs to Lafayette simply for the cultural relevance. When people think of Louisiana they think Cajun. They don’t think Redneck.
