I heard a rumor. Louisiana has a Popeyes Buffet and its the last 1. Can this be confirmed?

And it's in Lafayette. Can this be confirmed? Has anybody experienced this? Is it all you can eat Red Beans N Rice?

Is the one in Lafayette still there? Used to be one in Hammond and in Gonzales but I believe they've both gone.
