I have a friend who has looked at porn much of his life, way too much the last 10 years, but he says his sex drive is fine. Make an order from Hims.

Take zinc do deadlifts and eat your gfs booty if she's sexy enough. Taper off the masturbating- only allow it 3x per week and then move to 2 and then 1.

He needs to read or listen to the podcast of a book called Your Brain on Porn.

You don’t realize how screwed up the chemistry in your brain gets by watching years and even decades of porn. It’s truly an addiction. You start off with watching basic porn. Then that doesn’t satisfy you enough, so you start looking for more intense stuff. That continues to escalate until you’re not satisfied unless you’re watching the most insane crap you can think of.

It’s a hard addiction to break and can silently frick up your life. I speak for experience.

All of that.

It’s a good website to start because it talks about the science behind how it affects the brain. The author, Gary Wilson who’s given plenty interviews on this subject, doesn’t come at it from a religious/moral perspective, and it has plenty of helpful supporting links.

Nah, lots of dudes can view porn occasionally and not have a problem with it.
25 years is a long arse time though. Sounds like he’s conditioned his brain to prefer images on a screen.

Dude really needs to just try and see if he can get it up from memory and fantasizing. If not, he needs to lay off the porn for a while, get his testosterone checked, maybe pop a cialis as needed until he can get erections naturally. (Your gf still gonna expect sex during that time)

He’s probably been watching it so long, and been watching more and more extreme porn, that he doesn’t get aroused by normal sex. It takes a long time to retrain your body to be satisfied with normal.
