I have a question about the babe thread rules...

Here are the rules:
There are two rules that make no sense to me.

Most of the moderation here is pretty arbitrary. No hand bras, but string thongs are fine.

I have to admit, I wish I new the story behind no hand bras. It seems like hands would cover more of the goods up than some of the clothing posted here.
