This guy is in sales and over the 13 months that he was employed, we paid him more than he sold. Shame on me, but I tried to give him benefit of the doubt due to COVID and not being able to see anyone. He was hired 2 weeks before COVID shutdown the world.
He was a complete douchebag when we let him go. Blaming everything except for himself on his lack of sales.
